Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is organized and clean.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist with customer purchases.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness.
• Provide feedback to management on product inventory and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
