Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the shelves are well-stocked.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor stock accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and document security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience in retail is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
