Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is neatly stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves collaborating with team members, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and assist with store cleaning duties.
  • Collaborate with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
  • Follow cash handling policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure data security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience a plus.
