Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
