Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain a clean and organized store, and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience considered a plus.
  • Compliance with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
