Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking of products.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
