Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
