Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adherence to cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
