We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
