Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in general cleaning duties and equipment operation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
