Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
