Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the store's appearance. This role offers a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
  • Operate cash register and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficient cash handling and equipment operation skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Prior retail experience preferred
