Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store. This role will require you to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management while upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and operate store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
