Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Manage inventory accuracy by participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform general cleaning duties following company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
