Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your role is vital in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with their shopping needs
- Maintain neat and organized product displays
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Follow inventory procedures and provide feedback on products
- Adhere to cash handling policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Safe equipment operation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
