Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our retail operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandising displays are neat and organized.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to company cash policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers efficiently.
  • Experience in retail and familiarity with using equipment such as electric hand jacks and floor scrubbers preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent skills.
