Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure the security of documents and data.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
