Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Follow inventory guidelines and assist with inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
