Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining the store's appearance. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer inquiries, and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
