Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with shopping, provide exceptional service, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues and inventory management.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
