We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
