Job Description - Customer Service and Stock Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance and inventory.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean store conditions
- Stock shelves and displays as needed
- Assist customers with shopping and provide excellent service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct inventory counts and report product issues
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience in retail operations preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
