Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Full-Time

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves and neatly display merchandise
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and uphold security measures

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
