Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, organize shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Inventory management, including monitoring accuracy and reporting issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Efficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Prior retail experience preferred
