Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to the management team.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in product monitoring.
  • Follow cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
