Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, and stocking products. You will collaborate with the team to ensure the store maintains a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and stock merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
