Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the team
  • Submit feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company procedures and uphold document security
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register
  • Aptitude for operating equipment and maintaining cleanliness
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
