Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an orderly manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Ensure the store environment is clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
