Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Assist customers during their shopping journey and communicate with the team and management
  • Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and participate in stock counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain security standards
  • Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves, lifting products, and operating equipment

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
  • Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
