Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers during their shopping journey and communicate with the team and management
- Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and participate in stock counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain security standards
- Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves, lifting products, and operating equipment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
