As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat store layout.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and handle general cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
