Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and stocking merchandise effectively. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions and assist with general cleaning duties.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an orderly manner.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by guiding shoppers throughout their experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to interpret and apply company guidelines accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
