Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members, provide feedback to management, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
