Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment like a hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
