Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
