Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
