Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience, providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to company cash policies and procedures.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
