Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve customer experience.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
  • Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
  • Follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
