Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and assist in cashiering.
- Deliver excellent customer service by helping customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular inventory counts and reporting issues.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain a secure store environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
