Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and assist in cashiering.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by helping customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular inventory counts and reporting issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain a secure store environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
