Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Communicate clearly with store management and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
