Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience in retail environment beneficial
