Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
