Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
