Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
