Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory, report issues, and assist with store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
