Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an orderly manner.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and confidential work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work at ALDI.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Experience in retail and familiarity with general cleaning duties preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
