Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store associate team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties as required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
