Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
