Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and assist with customer purchases
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support the overall shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
