Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of our store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
