Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report sales trends.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Ability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
